Fillmore . . . or Less?

Yesterday was Ron's and my 18th wedding anniversary. I thought it might be fun to celebrate on the road by having dinner in a restaurant instead of cooking. I'd been looking at making a reservation at a restaurant in Fillmore UT but no one ever answered the phone when I called. When we arrived at our campground for the night, we asked the ladies in the office about this place; they both made sad faces and shook their heads, no. They suggested a different restaurant. I called both establishments and got nothing, no one, nada. Ron and I surmised that this town, being relatively small with a population around 2,500, probably suffered greatly under the recent heavy-handed restrictions; thus, these two family-run businesses folded. It is sad, indeed.
So we made a green salad and grilled some burgers, onions, cauliflower, and potatoes, which was all very tasty and probably healthier than most restaurant food anyway.
As the sun began to set, I spied a beautiful scene out the window of the trailer while doing dishes. I grabbed my phone and RAN to the perfect location to capture this shot to share with you:

Enjoy! More from the road soon!
